As I was Listening to Keertan of Sri Harmandir Sahib live on the Internet Radio Station the Ragi Singh was singing the beautiful Gurbani of Dasam Patshah Sri Guru Gobind Singh in Bachithar Natak. The following thoughts came in my head: Maharaj is the greatest warrior the world has seen, the greatest poet, the greatest philosopher and the world is forever indebted to their supreme and complete sacrifice. But listening to the keertan it was their humility that struck me. No other prophet or messenger has come even near to the virtue of our Guru Sahibaans – who are complete and supreme in every way. This is not an attempt to disrespect the previous incarnations or to establish inferiority in other faiths because the greatness of Maharaj needs no explanation or comparison for it to be justified (as supreme); falsehood requires proofs whilst the truth is apparent.
